I am not going to book any ticket with RED BUS and with Sangita travels. reasons listed below.. 1) Most unprofessional people. 2) AC bus full of big mosquito size of a housefly. 3) Bus which was supposed to start at 11.30 PM started at 1:15 after long perspiration and a fight with the workers of Sangita travels. 4)AC controls were not working at all, we were left in cold, and we were a treat for mosquitoes on a wet rainy day. 5) we were made to wait in Kyombedu, in front of the petrol pump for almost 2 hours, in rain. 6) Staff had kept the receiver of the phone off-hook and they continuously and deliberately avoided calls on cell phone. 7) One staff threatened to call police when I asked him the reason for delay. 8) One staff spoke to rudely to a lady ( Dr Sujatha) when she confronted the delay. She was waiting for her bus scheduled to depart at 10 PM till 1.20 AM, when I left her bus was still not in sight. They don’t know anything called value for money and customer. Thanks to our policy makers and planners who don’t increase the railway seating capacity per population and demand. We the tax payers are left at the mercy of demons like Sangita travels, who are promoted and catalysed by so called professionals like REDBUS who lift their hands by a simple disclaimer. I fell sick and took medication for a week after travelling in Sangita travels. I am so angry and frustrated.
