I was very impressed when I first entered to Sanjay Hyundai showroom. I was greeted well. The sales person took me for a test drive.
Then he gave me the deal he had . I was expecting less free accessories but he gave more than expected and also gave me cash discount.
I got the car delivered at the date he promised and was clean.
However, I found a small probs with the accessories department. I had got a music system from them and in 2 days the remote of the music system failed to work. They said that it will be replaced in 3 days but since then(now its 1 month) they have not replaced it. The reason they give is that they have ordered it and will get it soon and promise to call me back the same day to know the status which they never call. I am calling them twice a week but with no results.
I don’t know if I’m the only person facing this problem.
But as a dealer Sajay Hyundai is great hats off.
