Bad after sales service

I have purchased i10 one year back and yesterday I gave my car for 3rd service

They dropped something on my cars bonnet (front hood) leaving dent on it

After one hour of fight with the management they ready to remove the dent at free of cost, but latter I came to know they will deduct it from the salary of service attendant. Actually it was not his mistake but the mistake of the person working on car.

As per my understanding mechanic dropped pneumatic tool on the bonnet.

dropped the idea of repainting and leave the dent as it is as I don’t want make hole to the pocket of the innocent person.
