Don’t get carried away by the japanese TV solgan. This TV life is just 2 years and has worst customer service. It should be sub chinese model use and throw TV spoiling the japanese image. I bought 39 inch LED for around 45 thousand rupees. Initially I thought I got a good deal now I realize it is the worst deal.The dealer said SANSUI company people will come and fix the TV and will give 3 years warranty. I waited for more than 2 months and made daily call to the 1800 number. Every day they will tell you the same story we will come next week and also tell if you assemble TV by yourself(there is nothing to assemble except fixing a stand with screws) you will void warranty. After two months I got frustrated and fixed the stand by myself and the company people never showed up. Three months back suddenly TV stopped working and I called the company they immediately disown the TV the moment they come to know there is a fault. I went to the website and found authorized service center at arumbakkam chennai and called them. They said I should bring the TV to service center by myself since they don’t have any vehicle. TV sat at service center for more than a month. I started complaining to the company representatives and they charged 10000 rupees and gave the TV back.Within a month TV stopped working when I called service center now they immediately disowned the service and told me to pay for the service again. This time they took 7000 rupees and promised TV will run properly. Within two weeks TV stopped working. After long fight with service center the service guy came and start tapping the TV at different ends and it start working. He said very clearly if it stops working you should bring it to service center and pay again. Two days after he left it stopped working and I tapped the same way he tapped no response from the TV. I wasted 65000 rupees 20000 rupees on service on this junk product. I am a live testimonal on this worst peice of junk and world’s worst customer service.
