Worst customer service in the world

I bought 40 inch LED TV less than two years back. Suddenly TV stopped working and I gave it to the authorized service center which is JEN tech services arumbakkam chennai tamil nadu. They took 1100 rupees to just come and look at the TV. I gave the TV on february 19th and till now technician is saying he is unable to get the spare part and keeping the TV in his premises.


The service engineer suspects panel card is at fault but not sure whether it will fix the TV and it doesn’t come alone I have to buy as a package where I should pay 25000 rupees even if he gets the component somewhat with magic from the factory. The panel board is just 8000 rupees and looks like we have to get it with other components for 25000 rupees which is absurd.He is waiting for around two months for the spare part to arrive and every day when I call he just puts the blame on the company. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my lifetime. I paid 50000 rupees which is total waste of money.
