Let me go straight to the review part. I ordered this from an e-commerce website and recieved it in 1st month if january so I am reviewing after nearbout 2 months if use.
The biggest positive thing which I felt about this appliance was the low price. It is priced at a quite affordable rate.
The cooling is nice as I felt room got cooler in four to five minutes which is commendable as I have a big room. Remote of the appliance also feels firm in hand and not some cheap plastic piece.
One of the biggest let down I felt was the post sale service of sansui. There is no swing horizontally i.e jt is a manual operation and when technician was asked he was not helpful.
There is one another scope of improvement which I personally feel that the noise from the units can be reduced a bit.
Overall I would say go for it because the price is quite good and we get 5 years warranty from
