I visited (3 people) Santosh Dhaba - Jashn at Abids, the newly opened Veg restaurant near Ramesh Fashions on 24th Oct 2012. There was a long wait before we actually got a seat. The steward arrived late, we had to ask for water 3-4 times.
On top of that glasses were not clean, they had finger marks which were clearly visible. Once we had given the order, the food arrived after a pretty long (30-40 mins) time. When the food arrived ( Palak Paneer, Tadka Dal, Roti basket and Pasta) and the waiter was handing over the spoons, they too were very dirty, it took 5-7 spoons, before he could find a fairly clean one. Worst part was the Pasta. It was not cooked at all. When we complained they took it back and the manager in charge said he will ensure that the next one is served quickly and will be well cooked, however when they served the ’cooked’ one, that too was uncooked!
We had to send that back too and have it cancelled. Although they did not charge for the Pasta, all in all my first experience with my family was not good and do not intent to recommend any one going there in future. Thanks.
