It is one of the oldest theaters in bangalore. I have seen many movies in santosh thater. Its been a quite good experience. But in terms of seatting I would say, seats are not comfortable, old fashion seats and I felt body pain after came out from the theater. I think nowdays people are more enjoying the moments so surely they will expect the new features in theaters also. So theater needs to change its seats to a new and smooth seats to the audience. Its needs to be updated. And management needs to look upon the customer services which they are giving in.
