I am working with Publicis Sapient for 4 years as Java developer for a UK client. We have a good team size of around 50 developers and QAs working on different releases.
Work culture of Sapient is quite nice and open. Managers and team members are supportive when you do not know something.
I have heard from some friends that work culture in Publicis Sapient is much better from their previous organizations. They had to face verbal abuse and foul languages when they could not complete task on time or did not have knowledge on any subject.
Managers and team members are very reasonable in Publicis Sapient. You can take leaves, some time off or work in your comfortable timings.
Time punctuality is taken seriously here. I mean you can choose your own work schedule but make sure that your team members and stake holders have update of your work and can reach you.
Everyone’s time is important and should be practiced. I seen tis philosophy practiced here.
