So far, my experience has been good. Work-life balance was a major consideration for joining here. Office location, safety and work culture are also nice. I like the team work here, where everyone is accountable for own work, yet working in sync. Professional work environment and good for career graph, as you get above market salary in big organization here. Office amenities are good like seating arrangements, breakout seats and cafeteria.
Promotion cycle can be shortened. More recognition given to employees.
