Sapnaonline.com is an online book-shopping website. I once ordered a book named "SURVIVAL OF THE SICKEST" by SHARON MOAELEM AND JONATHAN PRINCE. The book was priced at Rs.300/- and I made an online purchase from my debit card.
I got a notification on the site’s account that my order have been placed. I got an SMS from the bank following the purchase, which indicated deduction of Rs.300/- from my bank account. But I did not receive even a single mail from the company. I wanted to track my order and I wanted to be at home when the delivery guy would come. But they did not provide me a single hint about the whereabouts of the book. I waited for 10 days even the product was claimed to get delivered within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Then I mailed the company and complained about the issue. Then they mailed be back after 2 days saying that the order was prematurely cancelled without notifying the customer, as the STOCK GOT FINISHED.
They refunded my amount via CHEQUE after a painstaking aggressive follow up from my side. It was really a bad experience for me and I would definitely not recommend you guys to depend upon this website for your book shopping. Instead opt of amazon kindle.
