I am utterly appalled by my experience with Saraf Furniture. On August 3rd, I placed an order for two items, including a chair. Its now October 13th—over two months later—and I have received absolutely nothing. The company has repeatedly postponed the delivery date without providing any valid explanations. Now theyre saying the items wont be shipped until November!
Whats even more infuriating is their total lack of commitment to deadlines and disregard for customer satisfaction. They havent offered a refund or any form of compensation despite my numerous requests. After researching, I discovered that many other customers have had similarly horrible experiences. The plethora of negative reviews highlights a consistent pattern of delays, unfulfilled promises, and poor customer service.
This is not just a one-off issue but seems to be a systemic problem with how they operate. Their inability to meet commitments and the widespread dissatisfaction among customers are glaring red flags.
Beware: Do not be fooled by their product images or descriptions. The frustration, wasted time, and potential loss of money are not worth it. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Saraf Furniture. They do not honor their commitments and have no respect for their customers.
