S. Furnitures are playing with customers trust

Dear Mouth shut family members,


As a fellow citizens we did not want to write this here. But we don’t want fellow citizens to suffer what we have gone through.


Our experience with Saraf Furniture is really painful.(ordered 06 seater dining table on 15th October 21 & waited till yesterday)


Finally we are arriving to a situation to cancel the order but is Saraf furniture not answerable to following questions?

  1. What about 08 weeks waiting period?( while booking on 15th October, in writing the team has mentioned 06 weeks as delivery time. Today it is 08th week.)

  2. What about the follow ups with the team & including MD?

  3. As a consumer, don’t we have any rights?

  4. Is there any business ethics?

  5. Is Saraf furniture really serious about product quality?( another incident is, Multiple cracks observed within two weeks of usage of a 04 seater Dining table at my sisters place in Bangalore)

We have seen many customer complaints in this forum. As a consequence, why not suffered customers seek a legal support through consumer courts/forums across PAN India?


Apologies Saraf team, this is a harsh reality. You are playing with customers & their trust. Hope this helps others who plan to buy furnitures.
