Hi everyone today I am going to share my experience with Saraighat Hyundai. How I bought my Elite i20 from Saraighat Hyundai and 1 year later how is my experience with service till.I bought my Elite i20 in August 2019. My sales consultant was Bidyut Kalita. He was so supportive and so friendly as well. He explained all the sale process plus finance. All the Sales employees are so simple and friendly. Their politeness make me feel good as customer. One week later my finance process had done and I bring my car to the home. After delivery Hyundai had called me and asked few questions about my experience on Saraighat Hyundai. All their questions were related to me. In the entire conversation they wanted to know me how was experienced in the dealership. In terms of customer caring company I feel Hyundai is the best than any other automotive company in India. After few months later I went for my car’s servicing. I saw that there were lots of cars in parking area. Even I couldn’t able entered my car to workshop. But it’s ok. Their service I strongly believe very good. That’s why lots of other dealer’s customers also come to their workshop. One year later of my car, for the God shake I still don’t get any major problem. It is like complete peace of mind.
