They are not at all concerned about the customer issues . There is a huge ego issue between the Bank manager, sales manager and other staff. And the customer gets pissed of in between. Customer requests are taken so lightly and no proper response to any queries . No phone banking facility, internet banking is pathetic.
Bank staff hardly knows about the bank policies and also keeps doing blunders, trust me you feels like killing them some times . Me and my friends had a extreme worse experience from this bank and don’t dare to choose this bank for anything.
