In todays stressfilled world where a weekend movie is the best getaway from the hassles, one looks forward to comedy , romance , action. Sarbajit on the other hand is a serious movie , the plot of which revolves around a sister ( played by ashwairya rai bachhan) , who is trying to rescue his brother , jailed in Pakistan. The character of the brother is played by Randeep Hooda. The story begins with a happy family who lives in a village, when the brother ( mentioned above) mistakenly crosses the India border and enters pakistan. He is caught by the pakistani police and tortured brutally and put in jail. His sister desperately tries to rescue him but all her efforts are put to vain. The director of the film does not have an option to fabricate the plot as it is based on a real life story. The brother finally dies in pakistan and is then brought to india. The film is quite a serious one but a one time watch
