I am a great fan of Neha Rajpal from saregamapa, who recently won the popular choice series too. She has a well deserved Original Hindi Music album, which has been released by Sony Music India. It has fantastic vocals as expected from Neha and beautiful Poetry interludes connecting all songs, a unique concept and a great one too.
All the songs are pleasure listening to, and will take few hearings before it grows on you. I really loved the unpublicized song from the album, ’’Bekarar Man Ka Saaya’’ which will remind you of those genuine melodious days of Amitabh Bachhan reciting poetry in the songs of Silsila.
I have also seen her two videos which are on all indian music channels, called ’’Jhuki Jab nazar’’ and the title song’’yeh Jo Mohhabbatt Hai’’ which are well made, especially the title song which has the popular Ad worlds artists ’’Neena Kulkarni-from Aishwarya coke AD’’ and Smita Talwarkar from the popular ’’Marathi Serial ’’Avantika’’ There are ’’Girish oak and Bal dhuri also in the video.
I read the album content and was impressed with the hard work going into the concept, which is ’’Different Shades of love’’, and each song depicting one.
I recommend this album to all serious music lovers, and wish Neha all the best.
