Sarkar 3 is a fine gripping movie from Ram Gopal Varna, it is his third in sequence and better than first two movies. It has all the aspects Crime, Drama, Thriller. Movie has a gripping story, I do not want to go in details of story for the sake of people who hasn’t seen the movie. It’s all about Politics for Power and Power for Politics.
The story revolves around characters like Manoj Bajpayee as politician Deshpande, Gandhi a businessman, Jackie Shroff an underworld don, and Amitabh Bachan as Sarkar whos one son died and now has conflict with grand son(Amit Sadh) and his girl friend. Ronit Roy as Sarkar’s con man. Everyone has their strategy, planning and counter planning. Amitabh Bachan as sarkar acts brilliantly with one liner dialogue, calm and peaceful but his face expression shows what he thinks and felt inside.
Ram Gopal Varma success in make you think what happen next? As cinematography I do not understand why movie has most of the scenes in darkness, specially Sarkar’s. may be Director like to show the dark side of the politics and power. Anyway it’s Ram Gopal Verma’s best movie after a long time. He succeeded in make you glued to your seat.
