It's a good movie. It is based on indian political backround.
In this movie HERO Sundar ramaswamy is the businessman( vizay)
Who earns 1800 crores per annum.
Keerthi suresh was the HEROIN of this movie. He playing less role in the movie. Vizay was playing key role in this movie. Sarkar is high budgetted movie.
First off going on very interisting scenes.
But second off is lightly boring. Because the second off is going on slowly and songs are very boring but music is average. Fight scenes are very highlet.
