This is the recent encounter I had with the sarva haryana gramin bank where the transaction got cancelled/failed for ahuge amount of RS 40000. I conacted the customer care and we were given a huge time to resolve timeline of 45 days which I dont think is at all justified. For this reason I contacted the bank branch and they also gave me similar timelines for it. For this I finally contacted the bank branch manager who asked me to to contact the IT manager and manager then give me some hopes but later on he was also not sure what on what needs to be done on the issue. they issue is still pending at the banks end and I have not still received any money it’s been more than two weeks and I have to travel abroad and I dont know when I will get the money back in my account please help
