First let me talk about the facilities. Except for having the best library a college can have, Sathyabama also has a splendid transportation system for students coming out of the out corners of Chennai and they offer a scholarship to those who are in really need of it or those who deserve it.
There is a zero tolerance for ragging and also a zero tolerance for cheating during exams. Which is, according to me perfect. Why would you need to cheat either way, you do anyone a favour with that.
Coming to the last but not less important, in the contrary, it is very important. The placement opportunities are beyond your imagination. Placements in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Flipkart and many more of those kind. It is a dream at first but with Sathyabama it can become a reality.
Sathyabama is hard, but it is worth it
Sathyabama is a good university. One of the many rules in Sathyabama, is not being allowed to talk to the different gender. Boys and girls are not allowed to talk to each other and there are big consequences if you do so. You go to a college to study and get a degree, not to flirt around and search a partner. Yes it is difficult in the beginning, especially when you just want to ask something about the study, but you get used to it. Later on in your further years they are a little bit more flexible with that rule, once they get to know you.
I’ve lived in hostels and have had school food my whole educational career and I always hated the food. No taste, no nutritions, nothing. At Sathyabama they changed that. The food is excellent!
Everyone has heard about the placement opportunities and I was very sceptical about it at first. Until I got an offer in New York! There is really not one bad thing I can say about Sathyabama, for me it is the best college you can think of to make your career a real thing.
