The Satyam Iway chain of cybercafe when started gave hope of some professionalism in cafe chains and high quality service at good price. But over period of one year the quality is going only one way that is getting from bad to worst. Even though it can be accepted that they reduce the charges per hour compared to the earlier charge, but at what expense!quality?! thier only strong point..
The problem starts from the time you enter the cafe;
1)Go in any I way be it in andheri east in JB nagar or in mahim or in Ghatkopar....the AC is always variable sometime working sometime not..even if its working it may be at 28!
2)the the operators are chatting away to glory rather than helping the custmors.
3)the computers are not working to there maximam capacity sometime only 4out of 7comp working.
4)webcam is not there 9 out of the 10 times.
5)system hang ups so manytimes that you thing again wheter you are in I way..one time even explorer and netscape was delelted by operator by accident!
6)renew is not done in due time to save continuity for costuomer.
7)on top of it now when you recharge for 100 rupess you get only 91rupess acess time...
SO there is serious rethinking need to be done by the people who using I way they may be better of going to ordinary cybercafe where you can atleast argue if you not getting services and don’t have to pay 100 for 91!
