I remember I had a VSNL a/c and then satyam stepped in our city! My goodness the hype they created, the money they pushed into advertising that they were the best and the days of ’’getting disconected’’ were all but gone!! And the price slash. Gosh! I fell for it as thousands others and bought there package. I had a real hell of time since then connecting to the net and to top it all when I called there customer service, they just had the standard reply everytime, ’’we are new and we are in a trasition stage right now , soon things will be smoothened and you would have no complains’’. I was like ’’ok ’’ lets see but week after week past by and the same standard reply. Damn! I was so pissed off that one day I landed in their office and had a real fight with them. All because of them my apping scenario was in jeopardy, thank god I had VSNL package as the backup for some days that I survived, otherwise they had taken every ’lil precaution to ruin my plans.
Since then, me and my family have been loyal followers of VSNL. Infact we realized that VSNL net speed is even faster than satyam. They had created a hype abt prices, but their packages are not even worth the money!!
