Not a brave Leader

Saurav was called as Bengal Tiger when stepped in into the cricketing arena with a bang, he proved that he is a good player.

I had lots expectations from him when was given the job of leading the indian team, but unfortunately I have a feeling that he gives it up when things don’t go his way.

The other day in Sharja Cup he gave up to fight before the battle began, where as he should have supported his teammates and tried atleast for fightback instead he gave it up early.

He has the habit of cracking under the pressure and he lets the things go out of his control, in the match against Sri Lanka, they had a plan to execute but when that backfired he did’nt think of changing the plan and execute a new one but continued with the same old plan and later the team had to pay price by giving so many runs.

where when you look at the Sri lankan captain he play till the end of theinnings and played sensibly and play right game when they were in a bad position and from there they pilled up a huge score, for india to chase and indian counterpart threw his wicket playing an unnecessary shot, which put pressure on young guys and which lead to the most humilating defeats for indain cricket.

The captian should be a person who set examples for the youngsters and the other teammates.

Saurav should become mature leader and he should lead his team like a brave leadet rather than just giving up hopes before the fight begins.
