Here is the ordeal we faced during our booking, our car was booked and paid in advance for till the pick up time(24th Jan, 2015 7:00AM) we were not sent any driver details at 07:15AM we tried reaching the callc enter their response " we will connect you to operations "
Operations says - sorry the driver assigned to you is not answering calls! is this my problem,
The girl in customer service(Anjana) . had no response at all and could not even answer me properly . and yes I frustrated since this was my 5 th call . to them after being told everytime we will call you back in 15 mins . no signs of the car till 9 we were already delayed.
Then I asked customer service to connect me to the floor manager, she says sorry he does not come before 10:30AM you will have to wait . really? she even said we cannot do anythign about this booking and can refund the money.
So here are the facts SAVAARI offcourse you can refund me the car money but what do I do about the hotel I booked ina dvance based on the ride I was going to take? how will I arrange anpother vehicle? Who pays for loses on sighseeing arrangmenments?
And in all this I would have mentioned feelings of the kids but I am sure by the responses I got from your team you’ll do not care about it at all
At 10:30 I get connected to Sachin who was the only one who helped and got us the car by 12 in the after noon . by that time we would have reached our destination but were just leaving the text message and email said Innova . when the car came it was an Etios .
How unproffesional, the driver told us he had no intimation and was only told about the journey at 11? such low co-ordination
We will never use SAVAARI again and would advice all of you to do the same . Thanks for runing our trip savaari . MAY YOU AND ALL EMPLOYEES AT SAVAARI FACE THIS SITUATION ONCE IN A LIFE TIME
