Savana is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I ordered a bag from savana and received a product that doesnt match the photos. they rejected my return three times, even after providing all proof and filing a consumer grievance. their customer service is unresponsive and manipulative.
Ive sent multiple emails and provided photo proof, but still no resolution. customer care keeps repeating the same line without actually helping.
this is unacceptable for any brand that claims to care about customers.
