If you are at matheran & looking out for a room to stay but don’t have a huge amount with you. Sayeban is probably where you should land.It has pretty decent lodging facilities, including good rooms wash rooms etc.
The cost’s over there are definitely not going to dig holes in your pocket.As far as food is concerned, I would recommend you to have it outside (may be khan’s - 1 of d best out there). It has ample garden area to roam around & a few swings that children can enjoy.
You would miss the swimming pool over here since sayeban provides no such facility.So next time u r in matheran try out this hotel & beware of monkeys.
