Hello everyone, I have a mediclaim policy of SBI GENERAL INSURANCE . One day I was worked outing in my gym and after sometime I got unconscious in the gym, then the gym owner admitted me at a nearby hospital and the doctor there suggested me to hospitalization in the hospital after that I filed the paper of insurance company and they issued me for hospitalization and after 10 days they issue deficiency letter and after 3 to 4 day I submitted the documents . After sometime again they demand some document which is not written in deficiency letter but I gave all the document whichever they wanted . These all process is done in 30 days and after 30 days they mailed me about this with a confirmation letter of claim and again after 30 days they are refusing my claim like I only hospitalize whenever I am at the stage of death . I got a bill of 30 thousand rupee in the hospital and this is a very big amount for me. This is very ridiculous thing happened with me, Never trust this insurance company and there sales officer are very good in manipulating the customer .
