I bought SBI general Insurance for accidental cover of Rs.4 lacs at Rs.200 annual premium. I applied through offline by visiting branch.They debited Rs.200+taxes from my account imminently and said me the policy will be delivered to your home with 14 days. After one month, suddenly I remembered about my insurance whose policy was not delivered even after 30 days. I visited the same branch and raised the issue, again they promised to wait for another 7 days. After 7 days I visited the branch they were not able to figure it out what was isssue, than after I mailed SBI Insurance about my query and after almost three months from my application, they delivered my policy. I am wondering, how much time this people will take for crediting claim money.! I hope being the largest bank, SBI should make their services better.
