SBI life insurance is worst company when it comes to paying claims, SBI Health insurance says it has so many impaneled cashless hospitals, but when it comes to approving cashless many baseless objections are applied. just one example: My wife was admitted to hospital and request was sent for approving cashless treatment, quarries was raised with hospital, whether the disease is due to hypertension as the patient has already given to company that she is hypertensive, hospital replied that the diseases is not due to hypertension and the cause of the disease is idiopathic( means it can happen spontaneous to anyone at anytime, but approval was not given that hypertension cannot be ruled out to be the cause and precious 5 days were wasted in correspondence, still the claim is pending after 9 months. In any case approval was not to be given due to hypertension despite that the doctors has clearly stated that cause is not it, they can deny it on first day and not waste time. Avoid this company.
