Hello Friends, my name is Sunil I am a user of sbi irctc credit card, I am not happy wuth company policys they are given uncomplete information to costomer for earn money, I am using my credit card since last 20 days, when I have got my card I have recieved a call from customer care department I told me about card but some points she have not discolose me, than after 15 day I need some cash, and company is given me limit of 6000 rs to cash withdrowal, I have withdrowo 3000 rs but in next trassection I have get to now comany have diducted 3345 when I have talk to customer care than they told as per the company polices when you are widhdrowing any cash amount from atm from credit card 300 + 15% tax will be chargebale extra I was supprised because I was not awear about this, thanks
