I would never recommend anyone to open policy in SBI Life. Their agents are only active until they open any customers policy and once they are done they never bothered to help you back. My policy was opened by Sudhanshu who never clearly mentioned the terms and conditions of the policy. When anyone opens policy cancellation policy must also be told to the customers but they are just here to make money. The agent told me that in the verification call every details is provided but when I asked for the call recording he disconnected the call. I reached their office but there was no help instead they kept me waiting for an hour. People are loosing trust over SBI but just being the only government authorized bank people are investing here. NEVER EVER GO AHEAD with them BEWARE of FRAUDSTERS. Their agents are just here to make incentives and when you will speak to them they claim themselves to be salaried employee. Such a bullshit
