I had placed a request to purchase SBI Magnum Gilt Fund on 4th January. I have not been allotted any units till date. I had made the aishwaryasingh23ment through net banking and money was deducted the same day. I have made multiple calls to them and have also shared the bank aishwaryasingh23ment confirmation. Initially they said that it will be allotted in 2 working days and then they said 1 week and now it is going to be 2 weeks. I didnt go through a broker and made a purchase request for the direct plan. It looks like SBI Mutual fund doesnt encourage purchase of direct plans. I didnt have this plan when I went through a broker. I had sent multiple mails to their customer service email customerdelight@sbimf.com. I think they should change it to ignorecustomer@sbimf.com
