Invested Rs 10, 000 during 2006. Wanted to redeem during 2015. Submitted prescribed application with bank details. They told sign doesn’t tally. Needs bank manager’s attestation which I could not do because of breath taking crowd around the manager. Grievances lodged by tickets no.34104002 on 12.01.2015. It is hanging since then.Reminded during Dec2017 in their customer delight sight. No refunds no response. Took shelter of SEBI.
