I had a great time using SBI from the last 8 years and I can dam surely tell you that this is a well known and best bank for doing all the transactions. I bought several products online and done several transactions in SBI from the last 8 years and I am honestly telling that I never had a problem with SBI. The service I got since the last 8 years was good but once I got a problem, what happened was that I did a recharge on my phone via internet Banking and due to poor signal of the internet there was a failure and SBI took 3 days to return me the deducted amount. Still the service and support was good. The customer care is very good as I always got an appropriate suggestion. This bank is user friendly as it always keeps the care of their customers. The think which should be solved is that the review of the transaction which is not fully shown with proper reasons. But still this Bank is wonderful.
