I am Avinash Hasija here going to share my real experiences with you all public through this mouthshut.com mode of communication by writing my reviews here on this mouthshut.com website on the services and dealing with SBI in opening of Saving Bank Account .
While Opening Saving Bank Account with this SBI bank I had faced lots of problems and had a very bad experience in dealing with them.
The Problems I faced are:-
1.The SBI Bank Gives very low rate of interest on deposit and moreover they don’s give to the customer depositing the money in their bank.
2.Their Bank Staff dont listen the customers voice in dealing with their problems.
3.The bank staff is so bad that they leak the secrecy related to the password and other information to the outsider without taking persmission from the customer in whose account is opened .
- The bank makes various problems to the customers in withdrawing the money which is deposited the customers himself or to the person authorised by the customer whose account is their and who is the owner of that account and treat them like thieves or terrorist when they withraw their own deposited money.
5.Customers of them are unable to take money back when they needed.
So, I personally appeal to the general public never open account in SBI bank if you dont want to face problem in their life.
