As we all know that SBI is the largest bank in India I am using the service of SBI for more than 15 years and I found the service is average.As I basically use the Internet banking service for most of the transactions in SBI . SBI internet banking is quite user friendly but I am facing a problem of changing my mobile no by using internet banking in SBI. In SBI Internet banking there is a option of changing mobile no via otp/By using ATM . I have tried a lot for changing my no everytime iam giving all the data correctly but its also shows as either expired or pending .I Dont know as its the largest bank in india the service is quite not satisfactory.Not only this there are lots of complain received when someone visit to the SBI branch most of the cases the bank officials denied to help the customers.
