Sbi Credit card is staff is very very very bad.
you cannot believe but, even Nodal department is too much negligent.
I raised complaint and they put on hold for weeks. then illegally closing it with wrong reason. not one time, multiple times since months.
So instead of writing again to normal customer care. I wrote to NODAL higher department. they are worst and their ability work is ugly
Even after giving them notice. still sending fake documents again and again, they sent 5 times since months.
Those documents are not mine. It is clearly mentioned someone else address, name. still this blind staff, cannot read ad at all.
How can I reach SBi country head team member like MD or CEO
I came to know SBi credit card is not same as SBi. bank. it is private co now.What is this?
