Initially I was not interested in taking up this card at all but then there sales executive landed up at our office and said that he’ll provide free card and other benefits as well like medical n health insurance.
I am really surprised at the kind of service provided to SBI Card holders. I had asked for address change 20 days back but till now it has not been changed. As a result I’ve not received my credit statement but for the last four days continuously I am being asked to make payment. What kind of service is this?
Regarding the website it doesn’t open only, have been trying for past one week, soo that I can at least see my transaction details online, but all in vain.
I would strongly recommend people not to go for SBI Card.HDFC, ICICI are much better service providers.
I plan to surrender my card once I’ve cleared outstanding dues and have the statement in hand and’ve verified the same
