First of all let me tell you something, I have nothing for and nothing against any company. This is just my personal view and opinion. I ma a very frequent user of credit cards, have Abn, citibank, icici, amex, sbi, hsbc apart from stan charted.
The service when compared to all this banks, and its just not one single bank........I find SBI very good and infact excellent. There have been no hidden charges and a very prompt service. If you happen to order a balance transfer, the draft is there at your door withing 2-3 workin days. Moreover, the customer care representatives are more than helpfull..
Try and call ABN and check that out................I am waiting for just for a call from them from Decemeber 1 2005. Have made numerous calls to abn and just get one response that they have escalated???????????
So belive me guys, SBI is yet to get dirty, should I say that. They are late enterants into the plastic business and as of now, the best ones.
