I was holding an SBI VISA CLASSIC CARD 400666103324*****. I had closed this card in October, 2007 by settlement of he dues in five installments. Dated 27.10.2007
The four installments had been cleared by me. The principal amount has been paid in all the four installments. The fifth installment was to be paid and it does not constitute the principal and only is the charges component.
I was willing to pay the amount but one of SBI’s collection agents Mr. Shukoor of INPRO associates came to my office and misbehaved with my staff there. The lady was left crying and it was very bad on the part of SBI to be associating with such collection agencies. If anybody faces anyproblems with SBI CARDS which is joint venture of SBI with GE Capital,
