The services of SBI staff are very poor. They do not have basic manners of marketing. SBI people still have the feeling of Govt. institution. They think whatever they serve to the customer. Customer will digest it.


I faced bad experience. I received SBI gold card. Very first problem I faced was in getting activated. I sit in NOIDA and its is having only one help center in NCR that too in Gurgaon. You call ten times than only one can get assistance.


For making payment against the bills one has to travel long as in big cities like NOIDA they can efford only one collection box. I faced bad experience I deposited the Bill through post and in next month’s bill what I found that SBI personnel either did not receive the cheque or they missed it intentionally and levied finance charges and late fee charges heavily.


Next day I received call from SBI people and when I told them the matter they simply washed their hand asked me in a rude manner to deposit the bill immediately.


Further SBI will claim 24 hr ATM cash withdrawal facility, but if one approach to SBI ATM even at 7PM in the evening, he will find ATM closed.


In all one will find the SBI card an instrument which will not allow you to sleep.


I will recommend to all not to entertain any SBI card.
