I am a regular @ irctc site for online travel bookings.My previous transactions were carrying 80 bucks extra...all for going through Citibank/ICICI gateway!Thats when I applied for an SBI Card under an impression that this might be a right card.Incidentally, My close friend Amit was using SBI Card and he seemed quite a satisfied customer to me.I called in for the forms....The rep promised me credit limit of 75, 000 INR on condition that I provide him an priginal copy of my other CC.I’m very serious with my ICICI CC a/c and pay them in full on time all times.I gave him that and filled up the forms. Evenually I got an SMS telling me that the application has been rejected...! Frankly, I was not disheartened....To my surprise, one fine sunday I got my SBI International Card.Nothing about that card seemed international to me beside the strip which was silver in color rather than a conventional magnetic strip....
The card looks silly....I’ve not used it in past 2 weeks.....I havent signed on its reverse
