I am using SBI FBB visa platinum credit card from last 8 months and have being paid all my bills on time but last month somehow I missed to make my payment which was only 196 rupees and created disaster for myself, I am receiving 3-5 ransom calls on daily basis from multiple mobile numbers, I raised my complaint to SBI help line and requested them that my last due date is 23rd feb and still having 8 days to make next bill’s payment which will be done within the time so please stop bothering me by calling me so many times everyday but they cancelled my request stating you will keep receiving the calls
Not only this they added 700+ rupees in my present statement as late charges, tax etc
I am using 8 credits as of now from last 5 years and never faced any issue like this I do have 894 civil score which is excellent because I never made any late payment of my credit cards or any dues.
