Let me assure u if ur a person using SBI credit card then write it down you will be cheated.
Its a shame on the Trusted SBI brand to tie up with GE to do fraud dealings.
They dont have any autorised persons nor any one who has a phone . they know only one thing to call in conference reliance phone.
Get rid off this card if u dont want to deal with the societies third rate people.
SBI card fellows are taking the LIFE insurance with out a proposal being signed by the customer , how ever the policy wont be depatched and there is no way that a customer can cancell this policy in free look period . IRDA and RBI guidelines are never taken care of this company . THere is no authorised people to deal directly . even if the payment is done through the cheque they charges cheque pick up charge and there is no relevant answer from their side. all customer care numbers are STD numbers.
