I am using the card for quite sometime. Customer services is day by day becoming horrible. It seems they are moving out from customer orientation and act according to their convenience. Lot of functions as address change, reward point redemption etc are not online though you have an online account. If you phone up customer care after long monologue (which you have to hear even if you are not interested) you might get a chance to speak to a customer executive who after all verification for quite sometime is there to tell you that now your request cannot be enrolled and you have to call up later after 2/3 hours to get it registered.
Charging you for you own accumulated reward point redemption is another horrible feature......
I am planning to move out from this card.
