DON’T EVER OPT FOR IT.
I had once applied for 4 years back.They have sent the bill before the dispatch of card.
When crossed checked no card was delivered.
Later tried lot of time to get the card but they couldn’t find the address.
It was completely unacceptable that they can find address for bill but for delivering card no.This was in 2012
After that I applied in dec. Even before the card arrived again bill came.I received card after 10 days of bill.And in bill they mentioned late payment too.That was furious. They never sent me bill till feb in mails or sms.
Then after due date called for payment saying they are sending someone for collection.Even the person who collected amt in cheque near said me due date over.Next time they added late payment

Can you see the statement. They collected amt 4810 with late payment and without intimating converted some of my amt to flexi pay and charged the mi interest too.
On a total I purchased near about 15000 and till now harassment of 36000 bill don’t know how?
They only calll for payment that too after due date.Their portal doesn’t work for complaints at all.No email or customer service to tech directly.Only loss of card and payments.They are not justifying the amount being charged or any terms to the customer before e delivering card.
I already paid 9810 till now with a purhase of 15000 hardly and more 36000 I have to pay in just 4 months .Can you imagine.
They have spoiled the name of bank and also Indian Banks.
