I have 2 credit card one is HDFC(Form 1year) and SBI(2Months), Jab SBI representive ne mujhe card ke liye bola he clearly mention its life time free. so I took, After the statement 500 ka charge usame lag ke aaya. then I called customer care, sir 2000 ki shopping ke baad aapko 500 points mil jayenge, wo aap readeem kar sakte ho, toh aapke 500 aapke aacount me refund ho jayenge. I said okie. then main fraud call me fas gaya 7500 ke liye, then I blocked my card. then I pay minumum amount 370, and after 15 day I mailed custome care tell me my final outstanding toh main bhar deta hu, they send me 7140, I paid that amount, again they send 577 bill, which is nonsense. never use this card, ye log customer ki koi jankari sucure nahi rakhte, Mujhe aisa kabhi hdfc se call nahi aaya. but inka naam leke bohot aajate hai. Bakwass sevice. Pls never use
