PAINFUL EXPERIENCE

I am a 43-year-old and have been an SBI customer since I was a 13-year-old.  I started using SBI card not only because the executive came and promised a lot but there is SBI attached to it. I have experience of SBI CARD OFFICERS telling blant ties to me over phone regarding payments. He told they have not received payment but it had been cleared throug my cheque(Oct 2005).

Now, I have not availed a loan but the loan is accounted and 3 EMIs are debited. This resulted in MAD unpaid. My credit card was having additional paid up money at that point. There is none responsible to speak to. There is no evidence of call centers taking up issues to solve.

I am using 5 credit cards and the WORST SERVICE is from SBI cards.

Then why should I use? Because and only because the SBI brand.

I am left with no patience. I am surrendering the card on receipt of the next statement.
