I was applied for SBI Gold & more card. but at the time of dispatch they told me you are eligible for SBI Platinum Card and told me some pros about this card. After I get card I read complete document and its benefits. I thought this card is not at all useful to me. Then customer care person called me again to tell me how to use a card, That time I told that person I am not going to activate the card since I am not ok with that cad service and the benefits because in this card even on Fuel there is extra surcharge and all. So I have not activated the card and told the person to close the card. But till today after I think 4 to 5 months every month they send me the Statement and total due amount. After that I have try to call them via there IVR system through customer care no. But so disastrous there IVR that there is not even a single option that you can talk with there in-person. Every option you u just have limited option.
Then again one more thing they will give you so much blank calls and missed calls you will just fade up of this thing. And after some days there another person will call you will tell you that why you are not receiving our call and you are cutting our calls.Now it is so irritating that I have to curse my self that why I have opted for SBI card.
If you are not using their service, even if you have not activated the card then also they will force you to pay the annual fee any how.
